To make an online payment click the “Pay My Water Bill” button at the bottom of this page. This secure payment service is hosted and facilitated by KeyBank.
Please read the following information before using the service.
Cutoff for same day payment date is 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. If you make a payment after 5:00 p.m. you will only be able to select the next day for payment date. The payment system we use prohibits same day payment after 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
The Three Lakes Water Association online bill payment service will allow you to make one-time payments with your bank account only. The service does not allow for payments with credit or debit cards. The service also does not allow users to set up recurring payments. When using the service your most recent billed amount will be shown or you can manually enter a payment amount. The most recent billed amount shown represents the total due on the date of our most recent billing process. Any transactions after that date may not be reflected, please call the Association office to check your current account balance. A valid email is required for payment. A payment confirmation email will be sent to you after a payment is scheduled.
While you are making a payment please confirm that your routing and account number are entered correctly. Please also confirm that the bank account name matches the name listed on your bank account. If incorrect bank account information is entered while making online payment the payment may be unsuccessful. In this instance you will initially receive a payment confirmation email then 2 to 5 days after the payment is made you will receive a secondary email telling you the payment has been unsuccessful. If you receive this email stating your payment was unsuccessful, please forward that to email@example.com and notify the Association office by calling us so we can assist you in correcting the situation.
